Contact billingBlogSprint reads your WooCommerce product catalog — names, descriptions, categories, and attributes — and sends that data to an AI writing model. Free accounts use OpenAI GPT-4o mini. Paid accounts use Anthropic Claude Sonnet. The model writes a full blog post including title, body, SEO title, meta description, and tags, which is then created as a WordPress post.
Only if you turn on Autopilot and set the post status to "Publish Immediately." By default, posts are saved as drafts so you can review them first. You have full control.
BlogSprint requires WooCommerce 7.0 or later and WordPress 6.2 or later. It is fully compatible with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and the WordPress Block Editor.
Yes. BlogSprint automatically writes SEO title, meta description, and focus keyword into the correct fields for Yoast SEO, Rank Math, and AIOSEO if those plugins are installed. If none are detected, the data is stored as standard post meta.
Generation is paused until your credits reset on your billing anniversary date. If you need more posts sooner, you can upgrade your plan. Credits are non-transferable and unused credits do not roll over.
Your product data is transmitted securely over HTTPS to our servers and then to the AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic depending on your plan). We transmit only product information — never customer data, order data, or payment information. Neither OpenAI nor Anthropic uses API-submitted data to train their models. Yes. Starter plans support 1 store, Professional plans support up to 3 stores, and Agency plans support unlimited stores. Each store connects with the same email address. Credits are shared across all connected stores on your account.
You can cancel from the Settings page inside the plugin (Manage Subscription button) or by emailing support@blogsprint.io. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees.
We offer refunds within 7 days of your first payment if you've generated fewer than 5 posts. Email support@blogsprint.io with your account email and we'll process it promptly.
First, check that your site can make outbound HTTPS requests (some hosts restrict this). If that's not the issue, try disconnecting and reconnecting your account from the Settings page. If the problem persists, email us at support@blogsprint.io with your site URL and we'll investigate.
Yes. BlogSprint uses a server-side ping system — our backend pings your WordPress site every 5 minutes to trigger scheduled posts, regardless of how much (or how little) traffic your site receives. You don't need visitor traffic to trigger WP-Cron.
